Last mile to get to the house is a gravel/dirt road, my Tesla makes it no problem. We just upgraded to Starlink internet as of 10/7/22. Lake Wedowee water levels vary: Full pool May 1 - Oct 1 it will be down approximately 8 ft Jan - March 30 for shore management. The lake drops approx 1 ft per week from Oct 1 to Dec 1. April 1 the lake begins to fill approx 2 ft per week until full May 1. If bringing a boat we have a launch ramp adjacent to the house. We also have several places that offer boat rentals. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, bunk room is above the detatched garage and has a full bath. See photos for plan view of home.

Loved the place - would definitely like to come back for a visit ♥️ No big corrections however based on the directions - it said we had arrived before the fact (so maybe use the wooden sign for locating the driveway) I wouldn’t say that it was a big deal to me personally since I knew the house was close to the water - I figured it out☺️ The shower in the master had great pressure & heat but I would say that the waffley towels were not a hit - we preferred the beach towels 🤔 The last thing I could think of for improvement was that the deadbolt on the back door leading to the guest loft did not work. It’s a lovely space to retreat with family & friends - would recommend - just an overall great place!

We loved our stay. Brad was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Checked in with us before and during, and the view was amazing. The living room has huge windows and the beds were nice. We would recommend this place for a quick getaway with family and friends

Brad was an incredible host. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. The property was nothing short of stunning. It created and incredible atmosphere, which led to an incredible weekend. You will find every amenity is provided, and the house is incredibly well designed and clean. I will absolutely be back for a trip in the future. 10/10

Brad was very responsive to any questions I had a few months ago I booked a stay and told him I was having a wedding and he helped me out so much on pricing! Beautiful home inside and out! Every guest we had at the wedding was astonished with how pretty the kitchen and front of the house was! All of the neighbors close by were very respectful and friendly and didn’t care about any of the noise from our wedding. If you’re looking to have a beautiful wedding this is the place!!!!
